Event: Sake Pairing Dinner

On Saturday, April 21, Chef Philippe Boulout of the Heathman Restaurant in Portland, will be crafting a fantastic five-course meal paired with delicious sakes from our friends at SakeOne. This is a dinner not to be missed—we’ll definitely be there and can’t wait to experience Boulout's phenomenal flavor combinations. To make reservations, call the Heathman at (503) 790-7752. The price is $68 per person, quite a deal considering the content and caliber of the dinner. Here’s a sneak peek of the menu:
