Royal Wedding Cocktails

The Royal Wedding is than two weeks away, and it only seems appropriate that the couple should have a few cocktails to mark the occasion. Tanqueray global ambassador Angus Winchester has stepped up to the challenge and created four royal recipes. The Newlyweds
3/4 oz. Tanqueray gin
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
3 chunks fresh pineapple
1 small slice fresh ginger
Soda water
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: pineapple leaf and pineapple wedge

Muddle fruit and add remaining ingredients (except the soda). Shake vigorously with ice and strain into tall ice-filled glass. Top with soda and garnish with pineapple leaf and wedge.
