Blame it on the pouring rain and snow sweeping across the country, but we’re calling this whole “spring is in the air” thing a sham. And it’s driving us to drink coffee. And today’s Drink of the Week—the Rwanda Kanzu from Portland, Oregon-based Heart coffee roasters—is the perfect fix. Heirloom bourbon beans, grown high in the hills surrounding Rwanda’s Lake Kivu, make for a cup with fresh floral aromas, sweet berry fruit flavors and an almost tea-like finish. So spring? Take your time—we’ve got some coffee to cozy up to.
