1 1/2 oz. pisco
1/2 oz. Carpano Antica
1/2 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 dashes rhubarb bitters
Club soda
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: orange wedge and a
fresh mint bouquet
Combine all ingredients,
except club soda, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with
soda and garnish.
