Drink of the Week: Elysian Superfuzz
Who’s ready for happy hour?
We are, thanks to today’s Drink of the Week—the Superfuzz pale ale from
Seattle-based Elysian Brewing. Combining fresh-from-the-grove blood oranges
with a bouquet of Pacific Northwest hops, it drinks like a love letter to our
favorite brews from the region with assertive hop-forward piney-ness met by a
squeeze of fresh citrus on the finish. As easy-drinking a porch sipper as they
come, we can only wait for Friday’s 5 o’clock whistle to blow.
