Santa’s Little Helper
3 oz. cold milk
½ oz. aged rum (Roach uses Flor de Cana 4 year)
½ oz. rich demerara syrup (2:1)
1/8 oz. allspice dram
Combine ingredients in a cordial glass, stir and top with fresh grated nutmeg.
