2 oz. coconut water
1 oz. stout or porter
2/3 oz Cynar
1 dash allspice dram (optional)
Tools: jar with lid
Glass: tulip
Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar or bottle. Stir to combine. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Pour into a tulip glass over 1 large ice cube.
